Off Track Fun
We've been out of school for the last three weeks and busy busy busy. We headed down to BYU and stopped at the Bean Museum. We met some live reptiles that we got to pet and see up close. These are just a few -- that was one of our favorite days. We also got to see the new President Hinckley Building and got chocolate Cinnamon bears from the BYU Bookstore.

Another Highlight was seeing the witches at Gardner Village - the free fudge samples and donuts, yum yum that was a fun day.
We also went to the downtown library which we love, the living planet aquarium and the skate park. We've had a lot of fun and no one wants to head back to school. We love off track time.

Meet Seth
Well here is the newest addition to our family - "Seth" He is a turtle that we inherited from our neighbor who was tired of cleaning the cage and feeding him. The nice part is we got him and everything to take care of him for free (yeah) a great way to try out a pet. Josh loves him. He likes to swim and gets out on his rock to warm up in the sun lamp. He is fun to watch eat. He loves shrimp and feeder fish. But he needs his pellets too so sometimes we have to wait until he's really hungry and only give him pellets then he can have his shrimp. Come visit him sometime if you're in the area.

Dogs
Babysitting the Dogs! Grandma and Grandpa are out of town so we have the dogs. They took them to the airport and then went to soccer practice with Josh. Saja seems to be magnetically attached to me follows me everywhere and always wants to be on my lap if I sit down -- then Darci thinks she needs to be right in the action too. They take more energy than the kids and they don't do dishes :))) LOL!!!! But they are cute!!!

Balloon Festival
We went to the Sandy City Balloon Festival. It was awesome. We got to watch them set up the balloons and be right there to help hold the balloons out while they filled them with hot air. The Kids had a great time. There were many different types of Balloons and they were beautiful -- great evening - We look forward to next years festival.

Summer's Almost Over
Hi Everyone -- Well I've been wanting to start a blog for a long time and here I go. We had a great summer this year. A trip to St. George (and hoover dam) Girls camp, Family Reunion, fishing, swimming and to end it all a luau for labor day! Our highlight was Tuacahn theater in St. George. After the show Jacey decided she wants to be an actor. She met her favorite character "Javert" and even though she doesn't listen to country music she bought his CD because he played "Javert" in the play. Here are a few pictures of our summer and welcome to our blog.
